Update: This pattern is not presently for sale as I am updating it.
In 2008, I purchased an antique rag doll which is actually a 30” Babyland Rag who had lost her face covering. Five years later, I have finally completed the pattern for the body of this doll. For various reasons, I have decided to offer the pattern for the body only.

This pattern I drafted is true to the original antique Babyland Rag doll I once owned. Included in this pattern are patterns for a 30” doll body and a 14” doll body.
NOTE: There are written instructions for making the doll body pattern, but there are no instructions for adding the additional face, and no patterns for clothing. The 30” pattern creates a very large doll which can wear children’s clothing. If you want to attempt adding a Babyland Rag face shape, I have shown images in this post on MAIDA Today about how the faces are added to the flat faced doll.
This pattern is offered to MAIDA Dolls Group members in the year 2015. If you'd like the pattern, join MAIDA Dolls Group.
